Traveling to Norway with kids - Day 3
We started the day with my daughter losing a tooth! So, the big question of the day became, what would they Norwegian tooth fairy bring??
After breakfast and getting out the door, we met up with a friend and fellow traveler at Oslo S. Hedda and I are doing a flip flop this summer. I started the summer at Skogfjorden, Concordia´s Norwegian Language Village, followed by Ida´s wedding and then Norway travels. Hedda started with Norway, then Ida´s wedding, followed by working at Skogfjorden!
We met up by the tiger, which is a classic meeting spot in Oslo. Then, from Oslo S, we starting walking up Carl Johans Gate towards the Palace. My daughter was very excited to see the palace! Along the way we stopped at Stortinget to admire the lions. It started to rain pretty hard, so we stopped at a bookstore called Ark to pick up a few Norwegian language books.
